Nana is founder and Managing Partner of AGY Associates, LLC. Nana is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience working with big four accounting firms as well as top five financial service companies. Nana has well rounded expertise in Small Business Accounting, Auditing, Tax as well knowledge in US GAAP/IFRS, technical/operational accounting, financial reporting and internal controls. Nana has extensive knowledge of SEC reporting requirements including preparations of pro forma financial statements.

Prior to AGY, Nana was a Senior Director with Big Four Accounting Firm's Accounting Advisory Practice. In this role, Nana led teams of accounting and finance professionals in delivering exceptional client service in areas of technical, operational and regulatory accounting. Services provided included assistance with sell side / buy side engagements and on call technical accounting advice, particularly in areas of complex accounting and financial reporting issues as well subject matter expert in relation to U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) accounting matters. Nana uses uses his expertise to achieve his client goals. During his leisure time, Nana likes to spend time with his two sons playing soccer.
