Cancelation Policy & Payment Protocol

Private/Small Group Training:

• Payment for a session is due as soon as it is confirmed.

• A $20 late fee will be added to payments after the day of training, and 3 reminders have already been sent out.

• For a full refund, all cancellations must be made by 12:00 pm the day before the training session.

• For anticipated rainy days cancellation needs to be made the day before, you are expected to look at the weather the day before and decide then as we still practice on rainy days as do other players that we would like to get into those time slots. Thunderstorms, extreme cold, heavy downpour is when we cancel.

• When you book a session with a partner and one partner cancels too late, the difference that would make up the total price of a private is due from the partner who canceled. So $25 would be forfeited from the partner who canceled.

Classes:

Full tuition is due by the set due date before the first session, this amount is not re-fundable unless the round of classes is canceled by us. Sponsorship and financial aid is offered, email Stage10futbolclub@gmail.com.

• A fee of 20 percent of the full tuition amount is applied when you miss the due date if you where notified before the due date was set. If extended time is needed please communicate that with us.

• If a specific class is cancelled by us you will receive a refund for that specific day.
