What You Need:
Class Registration Form: Found on the “Classes” page/previous page, Needs to be filled out for every round of classes you join.
Full registration form: This is separate from the class registration form and only needs to be done once ever, so if you’ve already done it you don’t need to do it again.
Class Info Sheet: Read the full document carefully
Waiver: Only needs to be done once ever, so if you’ve already signed one with us before you don’t need to do it a second time.
Payment: Full tuition
