Read more about our mission

Our core mission at Stage10 is to develop our players and help them reach their full potential as soccer players. We aim to instill the core values that distinguish an individual as an athlete, teammate and competitor both mentally and physically.

We achieve this goal by using many different approaches and strategies, but one of the most important is the work and effort we put into creating the best learning environment for our players.

When we set this environment for our players it ensures that success for them on the field does in fact become a reality, and creates the opportunity for them to really fall in love with the game.

With what we have to offer, we are confident that we will continue making a positive impact in the soccer community. We have set ourselves out on a journey to set a different standard and quality for soccer development in the U.S., and produce the best quality of soccer in the world.

Our Story

Words from our founder

I founded Stage10 FC in Manhattan in 2017. The idea to start a club of my own was born from 3 things, purpose, vision & obsession. I felt a purpose to help and do better than what I was seeing in the youth soccer scene. I’ve had this vision since I was 15 of creating a home where I could develop everyone, especially those who I felt were slipping through the cracks. And when it comes to obsession, I’m simply obsessed with the sport of soccer and teaching it. These 3 things were the foundation in which the club was built on. The build of the club started completely from scratch. I started with doing privates first, then it progressed to classes, camps and finally teams.

With our club I want every kid that wants to learn and develop in the sport to have a pathway to do so. I also want them to get everything they are supposed to from soccer programs, regardless of their background, financial status, and playing level. I saw that most programs at the time I created Stage10 couldn’t support all of these profiles of players and I wanted to create something that could. Since we started on our journey there’s been a ton of growth and we’ve been able to help a ton of players and families along the way. We still have ways to go to fulfill the vision I have but it’s been a wonderful journey thus far. Little by little it’s becoming more than just a soccer club, it’s become a small special community doing things, and helping in ways I couldn’t have imagined when I first started it.

Stage10 is held together by coaches who came up through the game and came back to teach it. We are supported by all who believe in the vision.

Thanks for being a part of our journey,Eric Kipoliongo
