Scholarship Terms:
Please take the time to review the terms below that come with the scholarships being offered to you.
These are terms that we created from our experience that will respect our coaches and protect our vision. They are in our By-laws. They are to inform everyone what the expectations are under the scholarship so we can move forward with a clear understanding of these expectations. The concept behind the terms are past our values and morale, scholarships are an investment to achieve the final product which is developed players, and an environment that fosters development. Everyone wins when this is achieved, it's my life commitment to protect this vision.

Terms for scholarships under Article 9 of the Stage10 FC Academy Inc. By-Laws and Stage10 Futbol Club LLC rules and regulations
ARTICLE 9 - SCHOLARSHIP, SPONSORSHIP, & FINANCIAL AID
All players will have access to our program and all of its services even if they can’t financially afford it. They will be offered a scholarship if they can’t afford our services. If there is a scholarship given here are the terms.
a) Term 1 - Not respecting any member of the club (ex: coaches, players, parents) is grounds for having the scholarship removed, and possibly getting kicked out of the club.
b) Term 2 - Not respecting communication is grounds for having the scholarship removed
c) Term 3 - Any practice missed or canceled last minute you forfeit the amount we’ve set per class. Payment will need to be made before the player can join the next practice and/or game.
d) Term 4 - 3 Unexcused absences from practices will result in a loss of scholarship for the following season year.
e) Term 5 - 2 Unexcused absences from games will result in a loss of a scholarship for the following seasonal year
-Communication will be the key to make sure everything operates within reason. I will do my part, and only start buckling on the terms when I feel like things are being abused.
-You are held to the same standard when it comes to commitment as someone that is being charged for the service. View the cancelation policy found in the link below.
-An example of respecting communication that pops up often is, letting us know any time your child will not be able to make it to anything they committed to with us. After 1 reminder with communication then I defer to the terms.
-An example of respecting commitment is is making it to all the sessions you commit to, if something pops up cancellation is made at least 24h before or payment made.
-For any service the set price will be put in the price section when sending the info for the service. You can refer to this if you are asked to pay the price forfeited if there’s an unexcused last minute cancellation. For our cancellation policy please view this link.
